My Favorite Summertime Recipes!

Mouth-watering goodness!

Let’s get Cooking!

It’s that time again where the weather is heating up and we’re all spending even more time outside. Yes, it’s summertime! I love cooking and making meals for my family and sharing recipes with you, with that in mind, here are a few of my favorites I think you might like!

Now, I know that typically, cinnamon rolls are a breakfast food, but these cinnamon rolls are so good, you’ll want to eat them anytime. These sweet and fluffy rolls pair perfectly with a good cup of coffee or even a glass of iced tea. Cinnamon rolls for dessert? Don’t mind if I do!

Dinner Made My Way

This next recipe is so delicious, I know it will become a favorite of your family’s! This is my version of chicken with fennel and roasted tomatoes.

The best part of this dish is how flavorful and easy it is. It may seem like a lot of steps, but it’s really simple to make this delicious dinner. You can even watch me making this dish for Chris on my YouTube channel, Amy Roloff’s Little Kitchen. It’s so easy, and so delicious- I promise you’ll love it!

Strawberry Cake – Cake

Last, but definitely not least, is my Strawberry ‘Shortcake’ Cake recipe. This cake isn’t your typical cake- it’s a cross between a yellow cake and a pound cake. The traditional Strawberry Shortcake is a quintessential summer dessert, but instead of the usual biscuit-like dough, this recipe utilizes a cake batter to bring a lighter twist. This cake really is perfect for a summer evening out on the patio with the family. I recently made this recipe when Jeremy and Audrey came over for dinner. We decided to film the whole process so you can follow along at home. Try this recipe and let me know what you think of it!
